*Technology Work Order*

 

Things to remember when completing your work order:

  • Be sure to indicate your name and what room number you are in.
  • Be sure that your room number or your name is visible to our techs (ie, not covered by decorations, etc).
  • In the "Problem(s)" section, please indicate which specific computer has the problem, exactly what error messages you enountered, exactly what you were doing when the error occured, and what steps you have already taken to fix the problem. This will prove beneficial if you or your media specialist cannot be reached at the time of repair.
  • If the problem is with the printer, please retain any faulty printouts that you may have (ie, streaks on the paper, printer not printing in color, etc).
  • Alert your media specialist to the problem. The problem may be global (server applications like Accelerated Reader or the Internet) and is already being worked on.
